Do we ship outside of utah?

Shipping will be with UPS and USPS (PO Box only). We will only be offering standard UPS Ground shipping (5-7 business days) at this time. If you need an order overnighted please email us!

Shipping cost:

Small Items - (Blind Boxes and Keychains) $4.99 and $1.99 for additional items added.

Large Items - (Prize figures, and Big Plushies) will be $12.99 and $1.99 for additional items

Do you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide free shipping at this time.

Is your Merchandise authentic?

Absolutely! As collectors and anime fans ourselves, we make that one of our biggest priorities. We carefully work with our Japanese distributors to ensure we get official and high quality merchandise from Japan.

Do we accept refunds/returns?

You have 7 days after delivery date to submit a return request. Items have to be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, if they aren’t we will not accept the return. This also applies to in-store purchases.

Snow Blossom Anime Store will not pay for return shipping charges unless we have made a shipping error.

Can I do in-store pickup For online orders?

Yes, we do offer free in-store pick up if you order online.

Are you Hiring?

We aren’t hiring at the moment. But we will post on the website and our social media if we have any openings in the future.

How Do Pre-Orders Work?

When you pre-order an item on the online store you are billed after placing order. Once an item arrives we will notify you via email that we are preparing your order. Please allow 1-2 business days to process order.

Do you buy secondhand figures?

Due to Utah Secondhand Merchandise laws we do not buy secondhand.

Do you buy pokemon cards or any TCGs?

We do not at this time. We are mainly an anime merchandise store.
